Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts w Asian Sauce
This is a quick and tasty recipe. You can roast the brussels sprouts in the oven but I did not supply that time here. This recipe takes about 15 minutes once your brussels sprouts are prepared (washed and trimmed). It serves 4.
Ingredients
- 1 pound brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half (or quarters if they are large)
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1.5 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp Asian garlic chili paste (like sambal olek, Siracha, adjust heat preference)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Combine brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix together.
- Spread out in air fryer and cook at 375 for 5 minutes. Shake air fryer to mix. Then continue cooking for 5 more minutes.
- Combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and garlic powder to a small saucepan or skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes until it thickens.
- Toss the hot Brussels sprouts with the sauce and serve. Enjoy!
