Dressing – Green Goddess
I found this recipe online from a trainer who ate vegan. Its pretty good. I think the dates could be substituted with something else.
Ingredients
- 1 avocado 
- 1 clove garlic, minced 
- ½ majool date, minced 
- lemon juice, ½ lemon 
- ¼ cup water 
- 1 stalk of green onion, chopped 
Instructions
- Chop avocado, then smash. 
- Add all ingredients. I haven’t tried this recipe much so I don’t know if it requires a blender. If so, put all ingredients except green onion in a smoothie blender. Blend quickly, then add green onions.
