Rice Crackers w Cream Cheese Dip
This recipe relies on specific brand ingredients. I like the Miyoko’s cream cheese (made with cashews) better than Kite Hill which is made with almond milk. The relish is a sweet and spicey relish.
Ingredients
- ½ container vegan plain cream cheese (Miyokos) 
- ½ jar Harry & David’s Classic Recipe Pepper and Onion relish 
- 1 package rice crackers (Sesmark makes a brown rice cracker) 
Instructions
- Bring cream cheese to room temperature. 
- Mix cream cheese and pepper relish together until well blended. 
- Serve with any kind of plain rice crackers.
