Peanut Sauce
This sauce is used as a dipping sauce for Spring Rolls.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter 
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar 
- 2 Tbsp reduced sodium tamari or soy sauce 
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup or brown sugar 
- 1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil 
- 2 cloves garlic, minced 
- 2-3 Tbsp water as needed 
- Squirt of siracha 
- 1/3 cup roasted peanuts, chopped 
Instructions
- Wisk everything together except chopped peanuts. 
- Top with peanuts.
