Pizza Two Ways
Pizza is very flexible. There are many other options to try. Here are two versions.
Ingredients
Corn meal crust
Boboli red sauce (spread thickly)
Vegan mozzarella shreds, sprinkle lightly
Chopped or sliced black olives
Toppings: vegan sausage, mex crumbles, zucchini, cauliflower, broccoli
Basil or arugula or other leafy herb
Drizzle thick, aged balsamic vinegar (AFTER cooking)
Vegan parmesan
Whole Wheat or tortilla crust
Vegan pesto or artichoke spread,
Vegan mozzarella shreds, grated, sprinkle lightly
Toppings: vegan sausage or crumbles,
Veggies like zucchini, cauliflower, broccoli, sun dried tomatoes, olives, grilled onions
Basil or arugula
Drizzle thick, aged balsamic vinegar (AFTER cooking)
Vegan parmesan
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Corn meal crust: Cook for 15 minutes
Whole wheat or tortilla crust: Cook for 10 minutes
Drizzle aged balsamic vinegar if desired. Adds a nice element.
