Pizza Two Ways
Pizza is very flexible. There are many other options to try. Here are two versions.
Ingredients
Corn meal crust
- Boboli red sauce (spread thickly) 
- Vegan mozzarella shreds, sprinkle lightly 
- Chopped or sliced black olives 
- Toppings: vegan sausage, mex crumbles, zucchini, cauliflower, broccoli - Basil or arugula or other leafy herb 
- Drizzle thick, aged balsamic vinegar (AFTER cooking) 
- Vegan parmesan 
 
Whole Wheat or tortilla crust
- Vegan pesto or artichoke spread, 
- Vegan mozzarella shreds, grated, sprinkle lightly 
- Toppings: vegan sausage or crumbles, 
- Veggies like zucchini, cauliflower, broccoli, sun dried tomatoes, olives, grilled onions - Basil or arugula 
- Drizzle thick, aged balsamic vinegar (AFTER cooking) 
- Vegan parmesan 
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. - Corn meal crust: Cook for 15 minutes 
- Whole wheat or tortilla crust: Cook for 10 minutes 
- Drizzle aged balsamic vinegar if desired. Adds a nice element.
