Crabless Cakes w Aoli Dip

This is a terrific appetizer and dip. I use a frozen product called Gardein Crabless Cakes. The aoli dip is great for other items (such as chik’n bites or steamed artichokes). It can also be used as a spread or topping anywhere you might use an aoli dip. This recipe serves 4-6

Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs Gardein Crabless Cakes

  • 1/3 cup vegan mayonnaise (I like Vegenaise by Follow Your Heart)

  • 1 tsp siracha sauce

  • 2 tsp lemon juice

Directions

Mix ingredients together. You can add more siracha for a spicier dip and more lemon juice for a tangier flavor. Double or triple the recipe as needed.
